Bamboo is not as sustainable as we would like. There is still (about 12%) plastic needed to make the mechanism in the brushes. This plastic ends up in the household waste and cannot be recycled. What a waste. Until we come up with another solution, we will continue to strive for 100% recycling of everything we make, which is not possible with bamboo brushes.
In any case, do not throw it in the household waste. The plastics, battery and other materials cannot be processed sustainably. So recycle of course. The easiest way is to hand in your old brush at a WeCycle collection point. You can also contact us so that we can recycle your old brush.

The most important tips to avoid annoying treatments are a good routine of:
- brushing (2 times a day, 2 minutes)
- stoking (preferably with special wooden stokers)
- floss
And of course don't forget the periodic check-ups and cleaning at the dental practice.
What we do, for whom and why.
Never be without brush heads again.
