  • Hoe vaak moet ik mijn tandenborstel opladen?

    De batterij van onze tandenborstels hebben een levensduur van 90 dagen. Daarom hoef je maar eens in de 3 maanden je tandenborstel op te laden.

  • Krijg ik een oplaadblok bij mijn oplaadsnoer?

    De Boombrush hoeft maar eens in de 3 maanden opgeladen te worden. Met het meegeleverde oplaadsnoer kun je hem in iedere USB poort steken. Zo kan je hem opladen aan bijvoorbeeld je laptop, of je telefoon lader zelf. Daarnaast is het constant opladen via bijvoorbeeld een oplaadblok niet goed voor de (levens)duur van de batterij.

  • Hebben jullie ook USB-C laders?

    Wij zijn hard aan het werk om onze tandenborstels over te zetten op USB-C laders. Dan kan je met je eigen USB-C lader, je tandenbostel opladen. Heb je nog geen USB-C lader? Dan kan je die binnenkort ook hier bestellen.

Over de oplaadkabel

  • Why is there no charging block with my charging cord?

    The Boombrush only needs to be charged once every 3 months. With the included charging cable you can plug it into any USB port. This way you can charge it on your laptop, for example, or your phone charger itself. In addition, constant charging via, for example, a charging block is not good for the (life) life of the battery.

  • I lost my charging cord, what now?

    Do not panic! It is simply possible to order a new one through the store. We do have to charge shipping costs for a separate order. You will receive the new cable by post within 3 to 4 working days.

  • How do I know when to charge the Boombrush?

    When the BOOMBRUSH is almost empty, the light on the brush will turn red. That's how you know it's time to charge it! You can still use it for a while.


  • Who or what is Boombrush?

  • Do I have to pay for the shipping?

    If you buy a brush, we ship it for free! You also do not have to pay shipping costs for a Repeat. For loose products such as cables and brush heads we charge € 2.00 shipping costs, provided that the total amount remains below 40 euros.

  • How can I track my order?

    If you buy a brush, you will receive a confirmation email from us, which also contains a link to a Track & Trace code. With this code you can easily follow it.

    Other orders are sent by post. You can track this via the PostNL app. Then you know when it's almost there.
