Most new users of a sonic toothbrush indicate that after a week of brushing with the Boombrush, they find the new way of brushing much more pleasant than normal brushing. That is why we ask you to try ultrasonic brushing thoroughly first.
If the Boombrush really isn't for you, you can return the toothbrush up to 60 days after your purchase. Send your purchase back in the original packaging, and we will cover the shipping costs. Once we have received the brush, your subscription will be cancelled immediately and you will receive a refund for your purchase.
We will cover the full shipping costs. Unfortunately, we cannot reuse the brush heads. Therefore, we do not return the heads and charge €7 for this. Please contact us using the form below to register your return.
