BOOMBRUSH is a fast-growing E-commerce startup and that is why we are looking for a nice customer support employee to join our young team. 💪 Because we want to be able to help all our customers at any time of the day, we are looking for someone who would love to help these customers during the day.
As customer support you are the ears & eyes (& mouth) of BOOMBRUSH, if customers have a question or want to return a product, they will contact you directly via email, Whatsapp, Trustpilot or Instagram. You will work closely with the team to follow up on questions that you cannot answer immediately.

Tasks:
- Manage all returns & chargebacks to the customers
- Answering the business whatsapp and email via Trengo
- Answering the DMs and comments on FB & Instagram
- Answering and analyzing the trustpilot reviews
- Supplementing and tightening the FAQs
- Optimizing the processes within customer support
To demand:
- You are extremely skilled in communication
- Error-free spelling & grammar
- Good accessibility during office hours
Pres:
- You have experience with customer support tools such as Trengo
- You have experience with Marketing & E-commerce
- You are good with emojis 😏
