What is bulk mail?
Bulk and parcel post, there are quite a few differences here that you may not have known yet, but which is incredibly handy! Bulk mail is mail that is sent in one large bulk, often consisting of more than 250 mail items from the same sender. In our case, the Refills that you receive structurally qualify for this.
A final difference between bulk and parcel post is the delivery. Between the sending and the actual delivery of your mail item is 48 to 72 hours. The delivery days for bulk mail are Tuesday to Saturday. It can therefore take at least 2 days after sending before you receive your mail at home.
Why bulk mail?
The reason we use bulk mail to ship your Refill is that it is first and foremost a lot more sustainable. Sending parcel post will be done by the well-known delivery vans. While bulk mail goes with the mail deliverer on the bike! In addition, bulk mail is a lot cheaper because it is sent in one large bulk. When you send a lot of mail at once, you pay a lower price per item than for a single letter or package.

When will I receive my brush head?
The days that you receive your Refill therefore depend on the date and day on which your Refill is sent. We always ship our Refills on the 1st or 15th of the month. Depending on which day this falls, you will have to wait at least 2 days for your Refill. Does your Refill date fall on a Sunday? This means that your brush head will be shipped on Tuesday at the earliest.
