  • What is hydroxyapatite and what does it do?

    Hydroxyapatite is a natural mineral that resembles the building blocks of your tooth enamel. In toothpaste, it works as a kind of "mini dentist": it fills microscopic holes and damage in your enamel and makes your teeth smoother and stronger. It gives your teeth a protective layer, which reduces the chance of cavities and sensitive teeth. It is therefore the perfect replacement for fluoride, but then naturally!

    This is how hydroxyapatite works as a subtle, daily booster for your smile!

  • Is your toothpaste sustainable?

    We always do our best to make a product that is as sustainable as possible. Our toothpaste is packaged in biodegradable and recyclable plastic. You can return your empty tubes to us so that we can recycle them. Furthermore, the paste is vegan and completely free of microplastics. And despite that, it is super fresh and effective.

About the paste

  • Does the paste contain microplastics?

    the paste does indeed contain no microplastics. The PEG-8 compound used is a water-soluble polymer and is not a plastic. In short: you can just brush plastic-free with the paste!

  • Waarom is the paste fluoride free net zo goed als the paste met fluoride?

    Onze paste zonder fluoride bevat hydroxyapatite. Hydroxyapatiet is een natuurlijk mineraal dat lijkt op de bouwstenen van je tandglazuur. In tandpasta werkt het als een soort "mini-tandarts": het vult microscopisch kleine gaatjes en beschadigingen in je glazuur op en maakt je tanden gladder en sterker. Het geeft je tanden een beschermend laagje, waardoor je minder kans hebt op gaatjes én gevoelige tanden. Het is dus de perfecte vervanger van fluoride, maar dan natuurlijk!
