German Customer care employee
Boombrush is a fast growing E-commerce startup in Rotterdam that is about to go to Germany. Therefore we are looking for a (native) German speaker to strengthen our customer care team. As a customer care representative, you are the eyes and ears of BOOMBRUSH. If customers have a question or want to return a product, you will use our support tool to answer their questions. You will also help the team with the expansion in Germany, including improving translations, marketing and outreach to German sales partners. 🇩🇪 🙌🏼

Manage all returns & chargebacks to the customers
Answering the customers' questions
Translating Dutch and English text to German
Improving the German (marketing) texts

You are bilingual German/Dutch
You have excellent communication skills
Error-free spelling & grammar in German
Good command of the English language

You also speak or write French
You have a good knowledge of how Instagram & Facebook work
You have experience in customer care
You have experience with marketing & E-commerce
